We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

We will offer a replacement or refund once the issue is reviewed.
