Return Policies The Special Needs Store is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions and exceptions apply:
Shipping is non-refundable*
Printed Material, CD, and/or DVDs that are open(not in it's plastic wrap and packaging) may not be returned.
Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $10.00.
Any item as long as they are in their original packaging and have not been used.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from The Special Needs Store is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. All items will be shipped insured.

Return for Exchange
Once your item for exchange is received, we will be happy to ship your new product.
Shipping charges on exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is being exchanged due to defect.
